# Privacy policy

This policy explains what Tualatin Federal Solutions, LLC collects through this website, why, where it goes and how long we keep it. The short version: we collect only what you type into our forms or send us directly, we use it only to answer you, and this site runs no advertising or tracking scripts.

## What we collect

**Through the quote form:** the category, agency type, payment method and set-aside you select; the product, part number, quantity, term and delivery deadline you type; your name, work email, optional phone number, agency or company; and any message you add.

**Through the contact form:** the topic you choose, your name, your email, an optional organization and your message.

**Automatically:** Netlify, the company that hosts this site, records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to run and protect the service, under [Netlify's privacy policy](https://www.netlify.com/privacy/). We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party chat tools on this site, and the site sets no cookies of its own. Our [cookie policy](https://tualatinfederal.com/cookies/) lists the one thing the site keeps in your browser.

## How we use it

- To prepare and send the quote you asked for, and to follow up on it
- To keep a record of quotes and orders, as government contracts and tax rules may require
- To protect the site and the forms from abuse

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

## Who else sees it

- **Netlify**, which hosts this site and receives form submissions on our behalf.
- **Manufacturers and distributors**, only when a quote needs it: for example, a distributor may need your agency name to register a deal or apply government pricing. We share the minimum needed and tell you if we do.
- **Government authorities**, when the law requires it.

## How long we keep it

- Quote and contact requests that do not become orders: deleted once we no longer need them to answer you.
- Quotes and orders: as long as contract and tax records require.
- Request logs: kept by Netlify under its own policy.

You can ask us to:

- show you what we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it, unless a contract or tax record has to be kept, in which case we tell you what we keep and why.

## Children

This site is for government and business buyers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

## Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in our Netlify account, where only the people who run this site can read them.

## Questions people ask

### Does the quote form collect anything I did not type?

The form collects only the fields you fill in and the options you select. If you opened the form from a prefilled link, only the category, agency type, payment method and set-aside can be preset from the link, and you can change them. Our web host's standard server logs record the request itself, such as your IP address and the time, to keep the site secure.

### Will you share my agency's information with a manufacturer?

Only when the quote needs it. A distributor or manufacturer may need the buying agency's name to register the opportunity or apply government pricing. In that case we share the minimum needed and tell you. We never sell or rent contact details, and we never add you to a marketing list without asking first.

### How do I ask you to delete my information?

Send a request through our contact form and say what you want deleted. We delete quote requests that never became orders. Records of actual quotes and orders may have to be kept for contract and tax reasons; if so, we tell you what we keep and why.
