# Terms of sale

These terms explain how quotes and orders from Tualatin Federal Solutions, LLC work. When you order under a government contract, purchase order or card program, the terms of that contract or order control, and these terms fill in only where it is silent.

## Quotes

- Each quote states how long it is valid.
- Prices are based on the manufacturer's or distributor's pricing on the quote date. If the manufacturer changes its price before you order, we tell you before we accept the order.
- A quote is not an order. Nothing ships until we receive a purchase order or a signed contract.

## Orders

- We confirm each order in writing with the part numbers, quantities, term dates and delivery date.
- Software licenses and subscriptions are delivered as the manufacturer provides them (license keys, portal access or entitlement notices).
- Hardware ships to the address on the order.

## Manufacturer terms

Software and hardware come with the manufacturer's own license terms and warranty. We pass them through to you and help you use them, but the manufacturer's terms govern the product. Where a manufacturer's commercial license conflicts with federal law or your contract, tell us and we will raise it with the manufacturer before you order.

## Returns and cancellations

Returns follow the manufacturer's policy. Many software licenses cannot be returned once issued. Ask before you order and we will tell you the return terms for that product in writing.

## Payment

- We invoice as the contract or order requires

## Questions people ask

### How long is a quote valid?

Each quote states its validity period. Manufacturer prices can change, so if your order arrives after the quote expires, we confirm the price again before we accept it. If your purchase process takes longer, tell us when you request the quote and we will ask the manufacturer for a longer hold.

### Which terms apply to a government order?

Your contract or order controls. These terms cover only what your order does not address. The manufacturer's license and warranty terms govern the product itself. If a commercial license term conflicts with federal law or your contract, tell us before you order and we will raise it with the manufacturer, so the issue is settled before anything ships.

### Can we return software we no longer need?

It depends on the manufacturer. Many software licenses cannot be returned once the license is issued, and subscriptions usually run for the term ordered. Hardware returns follow the manufacturer's policy. Ask before you order and we will tell you the return terms for that product in writing.
