Accessibility statement
Effective . Last updated .
Tualatin Federal Solutions wants every buyer to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA on every page and in our capability statement PDF.
How we test
- Last tested:
- How: an automated axe-core check of every page, Lighthouse accessibility audits on phone and desktop settings, a check of every text and background color pair against the 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio, and a keyboard-only pass through every page and the quote form.
- The capability statement PDF is generated as a tagged PDF, and we check that it carries a document title, a language, headings and alternative text for the logo.
We retest after every significant change to the site.

Questions people ask
What standard does this site aim for?
We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA on every page and in the capability statement PDF. Federal buyers work with Section 508 every day, and we want our own site to meet the bar we ask manufacturers to document. If you find a place where we fall short, tell us the page and the problem, and we will fix it.
Can I get the capability statement in another format?
Yes. The capability statement page carries the same text as the PDF in plain HTML, which works with screen readers and translation tools. If you need a different format, such as a Word file or large print, ask through our contact form and we will send it.
Is this the same as a VPAT for the products you sell?
No. This statement covers our website only. For each software product we quote, we request the manufacturer's Accessibility Conformance Report, usually written on a VPAT, and send it with the quote, or tell you that the manufacturer does not publish one. Our Section 508 page explains how that works and why it matters.
