Buying rules change. The FAR is in the middle of a government-wide rewrite, and agencies apply parts of it through temporary deviations. When a bid or a purchase depends on a rule, the solicitation and the contracting officer have the final word.

Names and marks
Product, program and contract vehicle names on this site, such as NASA SEWP, the GSA Multiple Award Schedule, SAM.gov and VPAT, belong to their owners. We use them only to describe buying rules and products. Naming a manufacturer or a program does not mean we are its authorized reseller or partner. Any program we join is listed on our contract vehicles and registrations page.
