Request a quote
Updated
Tell us what you need and we will send a written quote. Tualatin Federal Solutions quotes commercial software licenses, renewals, subscriptions and IT products for federal, state and local government buyers. A person reads every request.
What to include
Fill in what you know; leave the rest blank and we will ask.
- Product and manufacturer part number
- Quantity, and for renewals the current license or contract number
- Term start and end dates, or the renewal date
- Delivery deadline
- Set-aside you plan to use, if any (not sure is fine)
- How you will pay: purchase card, purchase order or a contract vehicle
Every quote includes the manufacturer's Accessibility Conformance Report for your Section 508 review, unless you tell us you do not need it.
Your request
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request.
- We check the product, the part numbers, the term and, for set-asides, whether the nonmanufacturer rule affects it.
- You get a written quote with the accessibility report attached, or a note that the manufacturer does not publish one.
- Nothing is ordered until you send a purchase order.
Questions buyers ask
Can an AI assistant fill in this form for me?
An assistant may open this page with the category, agency type, payment method and set-aside already selected, using a link such as /quote/?category=software-renewal&agency_type=federal, as our llms.txt file explains. It cannot fill in your name, email, agency or budget, and it cannot press Send. You review the request and send it yourself.
Do we need to have a contract vehicle to request a quote?
No. You can request a quote for an open-market purchase order. If you want to buy through NASA SEWP or a GSA schedule, tell us, and we will tell you plainly whether we can help on that vehicle today. Our contract vehicles page lists what we hold, which today is no vehicle.
Is the quote binding?
A quote states its validity period and the manufacturer's terms that apply. Prices can change if the manufacturer changes its pricing before you order. Nothing is ordered until you send a purchase order. Our terms of sale page explains the details.
Before you send, you can read how to buy from us, our terms of sale and our privacy policy, which says what this form collects and how long we keep it.
